JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition is for a direction to direct the third respondent to call the petitioner for interview for the appointment of Lecturer in Government Arts and science Colleges for the year 2008-2009.

(2.) HEARD Mr. K. Doraisamy learned senior counsel for the petitioner and mrs. Dakshayini Reddy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

(3.) THE facts necessary for consideration is that the third respondent has called for an advertisement for the recruitment of Lecturers in Tamil Nadu collegiate Education Service for Government Arts and Science Colleges for the year 2008 for 1195 vacancies. The petitioner is qualified as prescribed in the notification, which is as follows:
