JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Writ Petition has been filed, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to grant approval for the list of staff members submitted by the petitioner on 21.09.2007 for the additional intake for the academic year 2007-2008.

(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 had submitted that the staff approval had already been granted for the academic year 2008-2009, by the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 19.06.2008. Therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
