JUDGEMENT

(1.) (Prayer: Petition filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/1279/2003, dated 7.11.2003, of the third respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to proceed with the execution of the work for constructing the ground level water tank at Chinnmuthampadi Village or Sembiyanatham Panchayat, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.) This petition has been listed under the caption "For Dismissal", since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, on earlier occasions, i.e., on 06.04.2009 and 08.04.2009. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
