JUDGEMENT

(1.) By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

(2.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 19.3.1997 passed by the respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondent to reinstate him in service.
