JUDGEMENT

(1.) CHALLENGE is made to the judgment of the learned single Judge of this Court made in W.P.No.12422 of 2006 whereby the writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiariori was dismissed.

(2.) THE Court heard the learned counsel for the appellant. THE grounds of appeal, the order under challenge and all the materials are looked into.
