JUDGEMENT

(1.) The single accused, who was convicted for offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs. 5000/- in default to undergo three months rigorous imprisonment, moves this present appeal.

(2.) On the side of the prosecution, P.Ws. 1 to 14 were examined and Exhibits P-1 to P-14 and M.Os. 1 to 6 were marked. There is neither oral nor documentary evidence on the side of the accused.
