JUDGEMENT

(2.) The grievance of the petitioners and the relief sought for in the above writ petitions are identical and therefore, all the writ petitions were heard together.

(3.) In W.P. No. 7759 of 1997, the petitioner seeks for issue of a Writ of Certified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent therein, namely, the Director of Teacher Education and Research Training in O. Mu. No. 11439/C2/96 dated 6-11-96 and the consequential order of the third respondent therein dated 1-5-97 and to quash the same, and further to direct the first respondent therein to issue the certificate of evaluation to the petitioner, namely, Thiru R. Sivakumar on the basis of the teacher training certificate obtained by him through Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, with all attendant benefits.
