JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Adal Padal on 18.06.2018 to 25.06.2018 night at about 07.00 pm to 12.00 am in connection with temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Muthu Mariamman Thirukkovil situated at Keelakudiyeruppu, Alangudi, Mathur Post, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the petitioner's representations dated 01.06.2018 and 12.06.2018.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

(3.) According to the petitioner, he made representations to the second respondent on 01.06.2018 and 12.06.2018 seeking permission to conduct Adal Padal program on 18.06.2018 to 25.06.2018. But, so far, no order has been passed on the representations of the petitionre. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
