JUDGEMENT

(1.) Civil Revision Petition No.1131 of 2018 is directed against the order dated 2.8.2017 passed in I.A.No.273 of 2014 in O.S.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Sriviliputhur. Civil Revision Petiton No.844 of 2018 has been filed against the order dated 8.2.2018 passed in I.A.No.844 of 2017 in I.A.No.273 of 2014 in O.S.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Sriviliputhur.

(2.) The petitioners herein are defendants and the respondent is the plaintiff in the suit.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as they are arrayed in the suit.
