JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of the first and fourth respondents in proceedings in Mu.Mu.A2/6084/2003, dated 10.09.2003 and 3497/2001/A6, dated 20.04.2001 respectively and quash the same as illegal.

(2.) The short facts which are required to be noticed for the disposal of this writ petition are as follows :

(3.) I have heard Mr.V.Lakshminarayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Jagannatham, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and Mr.K.Ravikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1, R2 and R4.
