JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellants- claimants against the award, dated 09.08.2017, made in M.C.O.P.No.606 of 2014, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special District Judge (In-charge)) Madurai.

(2.) The appellants are claimants in M.C.O.P.No.606 of 2014. They filed the claim petition against the respondents

(3.) Not being satisfied with the amount awarded by the Tribunal, the appellants have come out with the present appeal.
