(1.) This second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 29.11.2002 passed in A.S.No.40 of 2000 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sangagiri confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.11.1999 passed in O.S.No.187 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sangagiri.
