JUDGEMENT

(1.) Two years short of three decades ago, to be precise, on 30.04.1990, one S.Thirumayammal filed a suit being O.S.No.438 of 1990 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani, which shall hereinafter be referred to as 'trial Court' for the sake of brevity, clarity and convenience.

(2.) Pending suit, S.Thirumayammal died and her legal heirs were brought on record as plaintiffs 2 to 7.

(3.) Ramalingam and Karuppusamy, Thirumayammal's neighbours/ owners of neighbouring property, were arrayed as defendants 1 and 2 in the suit in the trial Court.
