JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking an order to re-transfer the case in Spl. S.C. No.3 of 2017 to the file of the Special Court under the SC/ST Act, Perambalur, from the file of the Special Court under the SC/ST Act, Trichy, to secure the ends of justice.
