JUDGEMENT

(1.) These writ petitions have been filed challenging the tender notification issued by the Tirunelveli Municipal Corporation, calling for tenders for construction and completion of Providing Underground Sewage Collection System (herein after referred to as UGSS) in Tirunelveli Corporation.

(2.) Since all the writ petitions have been filed challenging the tender notification issued by the first respondent/Tirunelveli Municipal Corporation, all the writ petitions are disposed of by a common order.
