JUDGEMENT

(1.) Samy and Gangadaran, both sons of Periyakuppusamy, who are appellants 1 and 2, are before this Court along with their counsel on record, Mr.M.Saravanan.

(2.) Chinnakuppammal @ Kuppammal, wife of S.R.Venkatachalapathy, Santha Devi, wife of late Ramasamy and Umavathi, wife of Rajan Babu, who are respondents 1 to 3 in the second appeal are before this Court along with their counsel on record, Mr.PT.S.Narendravasan.

(3.) Karthik, son of Naganathan and Birunda, wife of Ramanujam, who are respondents 4 and 5 in the second appeal, have not entered appearance through a counsel, but are present before this Court today.
