JUDGEMENT

(1.) The defendants 1 to 3 and 5 in O.S.No.491 of 1983 who have lost their case before the Trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court are the appellants herein in S.A.No.1605/1996. The plaintiffs in O.S.No.2 of 1995 who have lost their case before the Trial Court as well as the First Appellate Court are the appellants in S.A.No.2005 of 2001.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties will be hereinafter referred to as per their rank in the suit.
