JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since the issue involved in all the Writ Petitions is one and the same, the cases are taken up for disposal by a common order.

(2.) Petitioners have come up with the above Writ Petitions seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondents to approve their admission for B.Sc. Agriculture in the academic years 2017-2021 and issue them College Identity Card.

(3.) According to the Petitioners, they submitted their applications to join in the 2nd Respondent/College, which is affiliated with the 1st Respondent/University, through online within the stipulated time. The cut-off date for online registration for the academic year 2017-2018 was 04.06.2017. The eligibility to apply for B.Sc. Agriculture in any affiliated College of the 1st Respondent/University is that the students should have studied Physics/Chemistry and Biology. The 2nd Respondent/College has 65% admissions through Counselling and 35% through Management Quota and that the 1st Respondent/University also reserved 15% seats for the National Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) Eligibility Entrance Examination known as 'All India Entrance Examination for Admission'.
