JUDGEMENT

(1.) After demise of first appellant, ie., Gomathi Ammal and then lone respondent, ie., Ganesan, their legal heirs have been brought on record and as of today, one appellant and five respondents are there in the instant second appeal.

(2.) Mr.S.Madhavan, learned Counsel on record is before this Court on behalf of sole appellant. Mr.S.Jeyakumar, learned Counsel on record is before this Court on behalf of all the five respondents.

(3.) The lone appellant and the five respondents are present before this Court.
