It is the case of Jaaveeth Syed that Abdul Azeez was working as his car chauffeur and after some time, he discontinued with the services and joined a pharmaceutical company; however, he would come frequently to his (Jaaveeth Syed's) house and do some small jobs, at request; while so, Jaaveeth Syed went abroad on 24.01.2018 after requesting Abdul Azeez to take care of his house and to attend to the needs of his family members, whenever required; when Jaaveeth Syed returned on 11.02.2018, he was shocked to find that the keys in his possession did not open the main door lock; realising that the locks have been replaced, he broke open the lock and entered into his house, finding to his shock that his house was ransacked and expensive articles were found missing; he checked the CCTV footage in the flat and found that Abdul Azeez was responsible for that; on his complaint, the FIR was registered.
