JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is directed against the judgement and decree dated 13.12.2002 passed in A.S.No.2 of 2001 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 06.11.2000 passed in O.S.No.204 of 1991 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Hosur.
