S GURUMOORTHY Vs. INSPECTOR OF POLICE, SPE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment of sentence and conviction made in C.C. 6/2011 by the aggrieved accused Mr.S.Gurumoorthy.

(2.) The appellant S.Gurumoorthy, a public servant employed as Assistant Director (Handicrafts), Handicrafts Marketing and Service Extension Centre, Salem. He was in-charge of processing the applications for reimbursement under Ambedkar Hast Shilp Vikas Scheme.

(3.) The defacto complainant, Mr. S.K.Babu, is the Managing Trustee of M/s. ECO Green unit, No 44, 'Divine', Sri Lakshmi Nagar, Ganapathy, Coimbatore.
