JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made to the judgment and decree dated 11.02.2003, passed in A.S.No.35 of 2002, on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore, confirming the judgment and decree dated 21.03.2002, passed in O.S. No.75 of 1995, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ranipettai.
