JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants are the defendants in a suit for declaration and for permanent injunction. The trial Court dismissed the suit. On appeal by the plaintiffs, the appellate Court reversed the finding of the trial Court and decreed the suit as prayed for. Hence, the present second appeal.
