JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant appeal has been filed by the Appellant Transport Corporation challenging the Award dated 03.02.2009, passed by the Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal, (Addl. District Judge) F.T.C.No.V Coimbatore at Triuppur in M.C.O.P.No.834 of 2005.
