JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Official Memorandum dated 20. 09. 2016 of the 3rd respondent in Dis. No. 11876/E2/2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to include the name of the petitioner in the regular Pension scheme taking into account of the petitioner's services as Typist from 4. 6. 1997.
