JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since the parties are one and the same in these two cases, these two cases have been taken up together and disposed of by a common order.

(3.) The Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P(MD).No.2407 of 2014 is directed against the order in I.A.No.515 of 2014 in O.S.No.171 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam.
