JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 26.02.2002, passed in A.S.No.179 of 2001, on the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram, reversing the judgment and decree dated 10.09.2001 passed in O.S. No.223 of 2000, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram.

(3.) Suit for permanent injunction.
