JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Second Appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree, dated 21.12.2010 made in A.S.No.28 of 2010 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Virudhunagar, confirming the Judgment and Decree, dated 20.10.2009 made in O.S.No.201 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1, 2 and 4.

(3.) The plaintiffs in the Suit in O.S.No.201 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar, are the appellants in this Second Appeal.
