JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made to the Judgement and Decree dated 07.02.2003 passed in A.S.No.41 of 2002 on the file of the District Court, The Nilgiris at Udagamandalam, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 31.01.2002 passed in O.S.No.220 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Udagamandalam.
