JUDGEMENT

(1.) This litigation commenced on 16.09.2011 when one Ayappan filed a suit in O.S.No.334 of 2011 on the file of 'Principal District Munsif's Court, Padmanabapuram', (herein after referred to as 'Trial Court' for the sake of convenience and clarity)

(2.) C.Ayyappan is the sole plaintiff and one S.Rejitharani is the lone defendant.

(3.) From hereon the parties in the instant second appeal shall be referred to by their respective ranks in the Trial Court, for the sake of convenience and clarity.
