JUDGEMENT

(1.) All the three cases are dealt with together and a common order is passed, since the issues involved and the parties involved are the same in all the above three cases.

(2.) The Criminal Original Petition will be taken as the base case and the parties will be identified in accordance with their nomenclature in the Criminal Original Petition.
