JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to give police protection and permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal) at Aigoundampalayam Arulmigu Sree Chengamma Muniappan Temple Festival at Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District on 07.01.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2017.

(2.) I have heard Mr.A.Sathishkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

(3.) With the consent of both sides, this criminal original petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.
