JUDGEMENT

(1.) This suit appears under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' today. Notwithstanding the fact that the suit is listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL', there is no representation for the plaintiff today.

(2.) Be that as it may, a perusal of the suit file and a perusal of the order sheets reveal that vide earlier proceedings dated 007.2018, the plaintiff was directed to file an affidavit as to whether they are interested in prosecuting the suit.

(3.) Notwithstanding the aforesaid earlier proceedings and notwithstanding the suit being listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' today, there is no representation for the plaintiff.
