JUDGEMENT

(1.) These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 25.07.2008 made in E.A.Nos.278 to 280 of 2006 in E.P.Nos.46 to 48 of 2005 in O.S.Nos.238 to 240 of 1993 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti, respectively.

(2.) Since the parties are one and the same in all these Civil Revision Petitions, a common order is to be passed in all the petitions.
