(1.) This second appeal is directed against the Judgment and Decree dated 23.11.2001 passed in A.S.No.34 of 2000 on the file of the Principal District Court, Cuddalore confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 12.01.2000 passed in O.S.No.229 of 1996 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Cuddalore.
