(1.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

(2.) The intra-court appeal is filed by the writ petitioner-State Bank of India challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in dismissing the writ petition filed by them as against the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal granting the relief of reinstatement to the second respondent herein.
