JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made to the judgment and Decree dated 28.02.2002 passed in A.S.No.31 of 2001 on the file of Subordinate Court, Madurantakam reversing the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2000 passed in O.S.No.271 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurantakam.
