(1.) Challenge in this second appeal is made to the Judgement and Decree dated 31.08.2001 passed in A.S.No.43 of 1999 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mettur, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 30.01.1996 passed in O.S.No.380 of 1989 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Mettur.
