JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

(2.) The petitioner, being the wife of the Detenu is assailing the Detention Order passed by the Second Respondent dated 212017 against her husband Mr.Logu @ Logesh.

(3.) The Petitioner's husband Logu @ Logesh along with his associates is involved in the adverse case in Crime No.1794 of 2017 on the file of H3, Tondiarpet Police Station under Sections 147, 148, 307 & 506(ii) IPC @ 147, 148, 302 and 506(ii) IPC.
