JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is directed against the Judgement and Decree dated 10.12.2003 passed in A.S.No.57 of 2002 on the file of the First Additional District Court, Erode, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 25.01.2002 passed in O.S.No.10 of 2000 on the file of the Second Additional Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam.
