JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.S.Gunalan, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

(2.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order dated 05.01.2018 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.34339 of 2017.
