JUDGEMENT

(1.) The order dated 02.07.2013 issued by the first respondent under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, is under challenge.

(2.) None appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner.

(3.) On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition states that the writ petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 11.05.1989 in Co-Operative Department and promoted as Junior Inspect in the year 1996. Subsequently, the petitioner was promoted as Senior Inspector and to the post of Sub Registrar of Co-Operatives in the year 2012. The Deputy Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, issued an order under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. Accordingly, enquiry officer is to appointed and enquiry officer has to conduct enquiry and submit a report. Challenging the enquiry order, the present writ petition has been filed.
