JUDGEMENT

(1.) Out of the five appellants, two appellants, namely, Pandiarasu and Sivakumar are represented by their power of attorney Regunathan Ambalam, who is a co-appellant.

(2.) There are eight respondents in all.

(3.) Therefore, three on the side of appellants and eight on the side of respondents (eleven in all) are present in Court with their respective Counsel. On behalf of appellants, Mr.AL.Kannan, learned Counsel on record is before this Court. On behalf of respondents, Mrs.AL.Ganthimathi, learned Counsel on record is before this Court.
