JUDGEMENT

(1.) By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

(2.) The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Night Watchman with all consequential monetary benefits with effect from 07.02.2006 by considering the proposal submitted by the 2nd respondent dated 30.06.2017.

(3.) Heard Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondents.
