JUDGEMENT

(1.) Secretary, Tamilnadu Public Service Commission, Chennai, has issued a notification No.29/2017 dated 28.11.2017, calling for applications, for the post of Assistant Director of Horticulture in Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops, Government of Tamilnadu. The last date for submission of the application was 27.12.2017.

(2.) Mr.P.Sivakumar, who has acquired B.Sc.(Horticulture) and thereafter, M.Sc. (Horticulture), has applied for the post of Assistant Director of Horticulture. Currently, he is working as Horticultural Officer (Class-IV Post), in the Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops, Government of Tamilnadu. He has filed W.P.No.1072 of 2018.

(3.) Ms.K.Mageswari, who has acquired B.Sc. (Horticulture) and thereafter, M.Sc. (Horticulture) and not applied to the post of Assistant Director of Horticulture, has also filed a writ petition in W.P.No.1077 of 2018.
