JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE learned counsel for the petitioner would echo the cri de coeur of the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner's appeal dated 13.06.2006 filed before the respondent invoked no positive response and still the matter is pending and he wants direction to be issued to the authority to dispose it within a time frame.
