JUDGEMENT

(1.) CHALLENGE in these second appeals is to the judgments and decrees passed in Appeal Suit Nos.15, 16 & 17 of 1999 by the Subordinate Court, Palani. Second Appeal No.1314 of 2003:

(2.) THE appellants herein as plaintiffs have instituted Original Suit No.507 of 1990 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani, for the reliefs of declaration and perpetual injunction, wherein the present respondents have been shown as defendants 2 to 5.

(3.) THE respondents herein as plaintiffs have instituted Original Suit No.131 of 1990 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani for the reliefs of declaration and permanent injunction, wherein the present appellants have been shown as defendants.
