JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY consent of the learned counsels on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

(3.) IN view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.12.1994, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not been disposed of till date. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 19.12.1994, to the first respondent, along with a copy of this order.
