JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order dated 10.03.2006 passed in O.S. No. 40 of 1987 on the file of the District Munsif, Ponneri.

(2.) The defendants in O.S. No. 40 of 1987 are the revision petitioners before this Court.

(3.) The respondent herein/plaintiff filed O.S. No. 40 of 1987 for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants from trespassing into the plaintiff's possession of the land to stop the oil engine in the well in S. No. 58 at Serpedu village. A written statement was filed and the suit is being contested.
